FAQs
Find answers to questions we often get asked about our Liverpool tours.
Can we customise the route or make special stops?
Definitely. If there’s a particular place you’d like to include – whether it’s a Beatles landmark, a scenic stop, or your favourite pub – just let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to work it in.
Can we book a private tour just for our group?
Yes, you can! Get in touch and we’ll arrange it all for you.
Is the tour safe for someone who hasn't cycled for years?
Yes – you won’t be the first! Many of our guests haven’t cycled in years. The pace is gentle, the electric bikes do most of the hard work, and we’ll guide you every step of the way.
Are the roads we cycle on safe?
We mainly use quiet roads, dedicated cycle paths, and traffic-free routes where possible. Your safety is a top priority, and we always brief the group before setting off.
Can we wear fancy dress on the tour?
Of course! As long as it’s safe to ride in, fancy dress is very welcome – we’ve seen everything from ‘80s workout gear to full bridal gowns. Just make sure you can still pedal and see where you’re going!
Will there be music or speakers on the bikes?
Yes, we carry portable speakers which can provide music. Let us know in advance what you’d like to hear.
Is there somewhere to leave bags or coats?
We recommend bringing as little as possible, but we do have limited space to store bags or coats at the start/finish location. Just let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
