Cancellation Policy

We’re sorry that you need to cancel your booking. If there’s anything we can do to change your mind, please get in touch. We’re always happy to help, and we appreciate that sometimes things are beyond your control.

Below, you can find details on cancellations for bookings made directly with us, or with a third party site like Viator.

Cancellations For Direct Bookings

If you have booked and paid for a cycle tour DIRECTLY WITH US (not with Viator or other third-parties) and then changed your mind, we need at least 24 hours notice (from the time your booked tour is due to start).

For cancellations, please confirm this with an email AND a telephone call (you will receive a FULL refund minus the booking fee).

If you want to cancel less than 24 hours before your tour is due to start there is no refund. If the weather turns bad on the day of your tour and you don’t want to cycle, you will be offered a chance to re-book your tour.

If you can’t re-book then there will be no refund. We can’t control the weather (unfortunately!) but costs to the business are still incurred and these have to be covered.

Cancellations For Viator And Other Third Parties

If you have booked through Viator or another agency then the cancellation policy will be in line with their published policy.
